Marko Dmitrovic replaces Joan Garcia, who recently joined Barcelona. Dmitrovic's arrival at Espanyol marks a new chapter in his career.
Originally from Serbia, Dmitrovic began his football journey with Red Star Belgrade's youth team. He later moved to Hungary to play for Ujpest, and then joined Charlton Athletic in England.
However, it was during his time with Alcorcón in Madrid that Dmitrovic truly made a name for himself. His impressive performances with the club led him to sign with Eibar, where he became a regular goalkeeper in the Spanish top flight.
His success with Eibar led to a move to Sevilla, where he played for three seasons and won the Europa League in 2023. He also gained experience playing in the Champions League.
Throughout his career, Dmitrovic has shown his ability to adapt and grow as a goalkeeper. His experience and skills will undoubtedly be valuable assets to Espanyol.
