The tournament will see many Premier League stars join their national teams, with some clubs set to lose multiple players.
Below is a list of Premier League clubs and the players who will be departing for AFCON:
Arsenal: No players will be representing African nations in their first-team squad.
Aston Villa: Evann Guessand will be joining the Ivory Coast squad.
Bournemouth: Amine Adli has been called up for Morocco, while Antoine Semenyo will remain with the club after Ghana failed to qualify.
Brentford: Dango Ouattara and Frank Onyeka have both been selected for their respective national teams.
Brighton: Carlos Baleba will be part of Cameroon's squad, while Yankuba Minteh will stay with the Seagulls after Gambia failed to qualify.
Burnley: Lyle Foster, Axel Tuanzebe, and Hannibal Mejbri will be representing their national teams.
Chelsea: No players from Chelsea will be representing African nations in their first-team squad.
Crystal Palace: Chadi Riad and Chieck Doucoure are injury concerns, while Ismaila Sarr will be joining Senegal despite being injured.
Everton: Iliman Ndiaye and Idrissa Gueye will be representing Senegal, while Adam Aznou was not called up for Morocco.
Fulham: Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey, and Samuel Chukwueze will all be part of Nigeria's side.
Leeds: No players from Leeds will be representing African nations in their first-team squad.
Liverpool: Mohamed Salah will be representing Egypt.

Sunderland: Six players will be departing for AFCON, including Noah Sadiki, Arthur Masuaku, Bertrand Traore, Chemsdine Talbi, Reinildo Mandava, and Habib Diarra.
Tottenham Hotspur: Pape Matar Sarr and Yves Bissouma will be representing their national teams.
