Bauress expressed his excitement about joining Accrington, saying, "I want the chance to play regular EFL football and hope I can make a big impression."
Accrington manager John Doolan praised Bauress, highlighting his skills and qualities as a midfielder. "He is a top player who can handle the ball, make tackles, and dictate play. He's an all-round player who will bring competition to our team," Doolan said.
Doolan also noted that Bauress has had a good pre-season with Burnley's First Team setup and believes that the loan deal will be beneficial for both parties.
"It's a massive signing for us to have a player from a Premier League club," Doolan added. "We have a good relationship with Burnley, and it's on our doorstep, so they can keep an eye on him."
