"It's still November or December," Maresca said. "We're not even at the halfway point of the season yet. We have difficult games coming up, like our match on Wednesday. We need to be consistent every time we take to the pitch."
Maresca was pleased with the team's effort against Arsenal, who are currently top of the Premier League and Champions League tables.
"The players' effort was outstanding," Maresca said. "We were the better team in a 1-1 draw against the best team in the league. We're happy with the result, but we know we need to keep working hard."
Maresca also praised goalkeeper Robert Sanchez and captain Reece James for their performances against Arsenal.
"Robert made some crucial saves," Maresca said. "He was very good, especially when we were down to 10 men. Reece had a fantastic game, too. We're happy with his performance, but we need to manage his situation carefully."
The team now faces a game on Wednesday, and Maresca is focused on keeping his players motivated and performing at their best.
"We need to keep our players focused and working hard," Maresca said. "We have a tough schedule ahead of us, but we're ready for the challenge."
