Sunderland is preparing to make an offer for RB Leipzig's striker Lois Openda. The Premier League team has already spent over €140m this summer on new players, including Granit Xhaka and Habib Diarra. According to reports, Sunderland is interested in signing Openda, a Belgium international, to strengthen their team. Openda had a successful season last year, scoring 13 goals and providing 11 assists in 45 matches. He has a contract with RB Leipzig until 2028. The German club is willing to sell Openda, but they are asking for €60m to release him from his contract.
