Djordje Petrovic, who is 25 years old, had an impressive season while on loan to Chelsea's sister club Strasbourg. He is now deemed surplus to requirements by Chelsea's management team.
According to reports, Petrovic has already agreed on personal terms with Bournemouth's management, led by coach Andoni Iraola. An official announcement is expected soon.
Chelsea is currently in the process of offloading unwanted players. Noni Madueke is also expected to leave the club and join Arsenal. Other Chelsea players, including Joao Felix, Ben Chilwell, and Renato Veiga, have returned to training and may also be moved on.
It is unclear what the future holds for these players, but it seems that Chelsea is willing to let them go to make room for new talent and to strengthen their team.
