Djordje Petrovic, who is 25 years old, had an impressive season while on loan to Chelsea's sister club Strasbourg. He is now deemed surplus to requirements by Chelsea's management team.
According to reports, Petrovic has already agreed on personal terms with Bournemouth's management, led by coach Andoni Iraola. An official announcement is expected soon.
