The Gunners now lead the league by seven points, having been just one point ahead of the reigning champions eight days ago.
Neville discussed Arsenal's title prospects on his podcast, suggesting that they may not need to achieve a high points total to secure the championship.
"This has got to be their year," Neville said. "They're repeating their levels of consistency, and that's all they'll need to do to win the league this year."
Neville believes that a points total in the mid-to-high 80s will be enough for Arsenal to win the title.
No team has gone on to win the Premier League title after losing four consecutive games in the past 40 years, which may lead Liverpool to focus on other competitions.
Neville praised Arsenal's reliability and consistency, highlighting their strong defense and attacking options.
"They've got multiple threats up front, a battering ram, and players who can contribute goals," Neville said.
"They've got players like Eberechi Eze, Noni Madueke, Leandro Trossard, and Declan Rice, who can all deliver in different ways."
Neville also praised Arsenal's full-backs and center-backs, calling them "fantastic" and "excellent" respectively.
