"I don't have the answers, honestly, I don't. It's just unacceptable," Jones said.
He also mentioned that he's past the point of being angry and is now focused on finding the right words to express his team's situation.

"We're going to try and get this team back to where it needs to be, show everyone again what this club is about," he said.
