Real Madrid is close to selling defender Jacobo Ramon to Como in Italy's Serie A. This transfer comes a year after another player, Nico Paz, joined Como from Real Madrid.

The deal has been agreed upon, with Como paying a €2.5 million fee plus additional payments based on Jacobo's appearances.

Real Madrid will retain a 50% stake in any future sale of Jacobo and also have three options to re-purchase him, similar to the agreement made for Nico Paz.

Jacobo was part of Real Madrid's team that participated in the Club World Cup this summer.
