Roony Bardghji, a new signing, made his debut for the team and scored a goal in the second half. He was brought on as a substitute, along with another new player, Marcus Rashford.

Barcelona's Eric Garcia scored the first goal in the first half, but Vissel Kobe's Taisei Miyashiro equalized just before halftime.

In the second half, Roony Bardghji scored a goal after a good combination with Robert Lewandowski. Later, 17-year-old Dro Fernandez added another goal to seal the win for Barcelona.
