The 20-year-old defender moved to Brentford from Nigerian side Simoiben FC in the summer of 2023, initially on loan before his move was made permanent in April 2024.
Brentford's B team coach, Sam Saunders, has praised Fredrick's development, saying he has become a confident, intelligent, and powerful defender.
According to Saunders, Fredrick is quick, strong in one-on-one situations, and dominant in the air.
He is also described as a humble, hard-working individual who shows leadership qualities on and off the pitch.
