According to reports, Arsenal is offering £60 million upfront to Palace, along with an additional £7.5 million in bonuses. Tottenham's last offer was £50 million upfront plus £10 million in bonuses.
It is claimed that Arsenal's chief, Andrea Berta, had already agreed on the transfer with Palace and Eze by August 10. However, the deal was put on hold as Berta sought to make room for other sales.
With the latest injury setback to Kai Havertz, Berta has resumed talks with Palace, and an agreement has now been reached.
Ebere Eze is expected to play in his final game for Palace in tonight's Europa Conference League playoff against Fredrikstad.
